Job Description
TMG Ventures is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our Miniso retail location in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Your primary duties will include managing staff and inventory, recruiting and training a proficient retail team, and implementing company policies to achieve operational excellence. You will also evaluate sales data to create effective strategies while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
