Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in the travel and tourism sector? We invite you to join our Ticketing & Tours Department as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Book air tickets, accommodations, and transportation for individuals and groups.
• Assist with ticketing using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
• Develop travel itineraries and tour packages for clients.
• Manage cancellations, reissues, and fare quotes efficiently.
• Collaborate with airlines, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• A strong desire to learn and advance within the travel industry.
