Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a skilled Deputy Manager in HR Operations to drive the effective implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with systems. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of workforce dynamics at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards.
- Oversee attendance monitoring and payroll processing.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR or a related field (MBA preferred).
