Job Description
Explosion Services is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. In this vital role, you will manage incoming calls, verify insurance details, assist with equipment orders, and consistently provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Your main tasks will include verifying insurance eligibility, educating patients about DME options, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing sensitive information with care and professionalism.
Qualifications: We require a minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or DME customer service role, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations.
