SANYOU Machinery & Technology International is seeking a dedicated female HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a solid background in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring adherence to labor laws, addressing employee grievances, and assisting with performance evaluations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 4-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional communication skills.
