Job Description
XAD Technologies is seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to spearhead our personnel activities, including recruitment, staffing, and managing the employment visa process. This role requires collaboration with department heads to effectively address hiring needs while attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will enhance our company’s presence across various digital platforms and build strong relationships with international recruitment consultants. You will also work closely with the PRO and HR Manager on visa-related processes and keep management informed about expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs200,00.00 per month
