Job Description
Megatech Trackers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. In this pivotal role, you will handle inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat; effectively resolving product or service issues; maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions; and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: High school diploma required (higher education preferred) along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
