Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is looking for a polished, confident, and efficient Female Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in upholding a professional image of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors warmly
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls
- Keep the reception area neat and organized
- Coordinate appointment schedules
- Manage correspondence and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and distribute passes
- Assist with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
