Job Description
The Topaz Group of Companies is searching for a skilled Audit Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive operational and financial audits. Your expertise will help identify business process risks and develop testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
You will also document audit findings, propose actionable recommendations, and communicate insights to senior management. Furthermore, you will create development plans for junior staff and strategically allocate resources based on their competencies.
