Job Description
SMA Engineering & Services is actively seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering and have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in building construction, specifically in government projects from a contractor’s perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing comprehensive cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
- Developing Variation Orders (VOs) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Conducting quantity verification and site measurements.
- Coordinating effectively with site and technical teams.
Required skills include proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
