Job Description
FIZA NOOR is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to contribute to business growth and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting market visits, and gaining insight into customer needs to effectively recommend fiber optic solutions. The role requires meeting monthly sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate CRM records while working closely with production and logistics teams. Regular participation in industry exhibitions will also be expected.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, with 1-3 years of preferred sales experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a technical understanding of fiber optics, and the ability to travel frequently.
