Job Description
Location: Onsite | Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Are you a proactive problem solver who excels in overcoming challenges? Sourcecode Software House is in search of a detail-oriented Amazon Account Reinstatement Specialist dedicated to reinstating suspended seller accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze account suspensions and develop effective appeals.
2. Create compelling Plans of Action (POAs).
3. Liaise with Amazon Seller Support.
4. Stay informed about Amazon’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience in reinstating suspended accounts.
2. Exceptional writing and research capabilities.
3. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00/month
