Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage housekeeping operations across multiple sites within the designated zone. This position ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff performance, and client satisfaction are maintained, in accordance with the service level agreements set by Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.
Key responsibilities include leading zonal operations, supervising staff, conducting site audits, coordinating with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and budget controls.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, knowledge of cleaning procedures, proficiency in MS Office, multitasking capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
