Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level user support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.
• Document IT procedures and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
