Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is actively seeking a motivated Team Lead for our Business Development department. In this pivotal role, you will guide and inspire a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting strategic sales plans, assessing team performance, refining sales techniques, and recruiting new talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, a minimum of 4 years of inside sales experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role. A proven ability to meet sales targets and strong leadership capabilities are crucial for success in this position.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Rs130,00.00 per month, along with performance-based bonuses, health benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
