Job Description
Nexus95 is seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder with 1-2 years of Business Development experience to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, developing persuasive proposals, and nurturing strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in negotiating project terms, monitoring bidding performance, and ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards.
Requirements: Candidates should have proven experience in Upwork bidding, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems, strong negotiation and sales abilities, the capability to work independently, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
