Job Description
TruckItIn is on the lookout for a proactive Rider In-Charge to manage our rider fleet and ensure seamless operations. In this essential role, you will provide real-time support, facilitate coordination, and prepare daily reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to track order flow.
- Coordinate with riders and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to service standards at all times.
- Manage rider shifts and availability efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in operations, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in working shifts.
