Job Description
KFC Pakistan is in search of a committed Call Center Assistant Manager to lead our dynamic team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing service quality standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing call center metrics, managing labor costs effectively, and resolving escalated customer concerns. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with third-party call centers to enhance our service delivery.
Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment are required. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting salary of Rs100,00.
