Job Description
CIER is currently seeking a Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of a training and advocacy project in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee project finances, prepare comprehensive financial reports, maintain budgets, and ensure adherence to donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finances, transactions, and payroll management.
- Prepare regular financial reports to track project progress.
- Maintain the budget, monitor expenses, and facilitate audits.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and assist in procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management within NGOs.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
