We are looking for a meticulous HR Assistant Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in payroll processing, advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and a strong understanding of finance. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, tracking employee attendance, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience in HR or finance. Proficiency in advanced Excel is a necessity.
Salary range is Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
