Fathom Technologies Private Limited is actively looking for a skilled Shipping Manager to oversee all shipping and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. You will lead a dedicated shipping team, collaborate closely with suppliers and carriers, and maintain essential documentation to foster operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for planning and supervising daily shipping operations, negotiating contracts with freight carriers, and managing shipping personnel. Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in logistics software, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
