Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is in search of a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing incoming customer calls in a positive and professional manner. You’ll resolve inquiries and concerns by providing accurate information, process customer orders while verifying details, and manage payments effectively. Additionally, you’ll update customer accounts as necessary.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in customer service roles.
Location: Islamabad (Mandatory)
