Job Description
Are you dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused? Grow More is seeking individuals to join our customer support team for Xfinity services. As an Inbound Customer Support and Billing Agent, you’ll manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding billing inquiries and services.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process payments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers.
Qualifications:
