Job Description
The-Hiring is on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic bus terminal team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting passengers with their travel inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules and fares.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Professionally address passenger inquiries and concerns.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
