Job Description
Business Ventures is looking for a skilled Call Center & Outsourcing Manager to lead our night shift operations in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in call center and outsourcing management.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift (Onsite Only)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night shift call center operations.
- Coordinate outsourcing relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure performance metrics and quality standards are met.
- Assist team leads and agents in maintaining operational efficiency.
