Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to enhance our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts and schedule interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of HR experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
