Job Description

Location: Multan

South Punjab Hospital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily HR operations, contribute to recruitment initiatives, and ensure adherence to labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle processes, overseeing benefits administration, and facilitating training programs.

Required qualifications are an MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is a must.
