Job Description
Dexterz Sol is seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our global presence by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and preparing compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and freelance marketplaces
- Create and submit professional proposals
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team
- Manage CRM activities and ensure timely follow-ups
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion goals
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT business development
- Exceptional communication and proposal writing abilities
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 PM – 3 AM)
