Job Description
Dubizzle Labs is excited to announce the expansion of our engineering office in Pakistan. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to enhance our dynamic team of over 400 professionals. In this essential role, you will manage the order fulfillment process and uphold our promise of delivering exceptional value to customers across ten countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily incoming customer orders.
- Coordinate with sellers for prompt order acceptance and dispatch.
- Assist logistics teams with pickups and tracking.
- Proactively address delays and missing information.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
- Respond to inquiries from sellers and customers.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
