Job Description

Digitalent Solution is actively seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to enhance our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to both new and existing prospects.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
• Follow up to cultivate interest and meet performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
