As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process, including maintaining a CV bank, posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with central HR for job offers and appointment letters. You will also manage employee files, ensure timely probation evaluations, handle employee onboarding, and assist in performance appraisals and employee relations. This position requires coordination with central HR for resignations, clearance, exit interviews, and other related tasks.
The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree with a specialization in HR or an MBA in HR, possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, and be willing to travel out of station.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
