Job Description
We are a BPO Call Center seeking a skilled Performance Manager HR to join our expanding team. This position requires working night shifts to accommodate our US-based clients and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in managing HR functions within a BPO or Software House and must demonstrate fluency in English with strong communication skills. Candidates should maintain a positive presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
The Performance Manager will be responsible for recruitment, policy development, and payroll management, among other HR duties.
Location: Fortune Towers, 9th Floor, Karachi
Compensation: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, in-person position.
