Job Description
Truck It In is looking for a dedicated Live Ops Associate to provide real-time operational support and efficiently coordinate our rider fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating daily reports and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Candidates should possess strong operational skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to ensure seamless order flow.
- Coordinate effectively with riders and customers.
- Manage rider fleet availability and schedule shifts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
