Job Description
Icon Global (Private) Limited, a dynamic player in international markets, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the human resources field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist in managing performance evaluation processes.
- Contribute to various HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least one internship experience in a relevant area.
