We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team for the day shift. In this role, you will monitor systems, manage digital dashboards, and track real-time updates. Effective communication with our U.S.-based teams through chats and reporting tools is essential, as is the responsibility for reporting any irregularities encountered during monitoring.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in customer support, data entry, or monitoring is highly preferred.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
