Job Description

92Techno is looking for a highly motivated Female HR Generalist to become a vital part of our team in Lahore. This is a full-time role with office hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hiring process.
• Address and resolve employee concerns.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits.
• Coordinate various training initiatives.
• Assist in the performance management process.
• Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.

Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
