Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at the Central Park Housing Scheme in Lahore. This full-time position is essential to support our Architecture and Planning Department, reporting directly to the Head of Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems for both residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create comprehensive electrical design plans, including single line diagrams and schematics.
- Collaborate with various design disciplines to ensure cohesive project development.
- Prepare job-specific specifications tailored to each project.
- Assess and choose appropriate electrical systems and materials.
- Attend project coordination meetings with team members and external consultants.
- Engage in value engineering and assist in fundamental cost estimation.
