Job Description
Location: Alpine Marine Services, Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Department: Shipping/Port Documentation
Alpine Marine Services is looking for a dedicated Shipping Documentation Handler to manage vessel-related documentation processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely submission of documents while complying with all port and shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee import/export shipping documentation
- Collaborate with shipping agents
- Keep accurate records of vessel arrivals and dispatches
- Ensure prompt document delivery to clients and port officials
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in port/shipping documentation is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
