Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients in Europe and the Middle East. Responsibilities include offering support via phone, email, and remote sessions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email and document management solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services, along with proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Location: Karachi or Lahore
