Job Description
Company: Your Cloud Campus
Salary Range: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level One support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage network tasks, camera installations, and maintain local servers (DC, ADC).
- Administer pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.
- Efficiently manage inventory.
- Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with various in-house departments, including development, sales, HR, and accounting.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment purchasing.
