Job Description
We are seeking a detail-focused, service-oriented, and leadership-driven Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at E-Lite Vape and Cigarette.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the branch manager to prepare monthly performance reports.
- Ensure the branch operates according to regulations.
- Assist in managing staff rotations for adequate coverage.
- Act as the backup emergency contact.
- Help set branch budgets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education or equivalent experience.
- 6 months of management experience in retail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
