Job Description
Transworld Associates Pvt. Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated AM IT Application Operations professional to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing resources to ensure the seamless operation of business-critical applications. You will focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GPON, Corporate CRM, and POS systems.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience in IT application operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.
