Job Description
Zue Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Accounting and Bookkeeping Executive to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist the finance team with timely reconciliations and reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
– Recording transactions in QuickBooks
– Monthly account reconciliations
– Processing payments via Bill.com
– Assisting with payroll entries using Paychex
– Generating financial reports and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients
– Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
