Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT | Full-Time
Join ABS International as a BPO Compliance Auditor. You will ensure regulatory excellence in our evening call center operations. Responsibilities include conducting weekly audits, monitoring agent performance, and preparing compliance reports.
Requirements: 1-2 years of BPO compliance auditing experience, proficiency in WFM tools, and strong analytical skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
