Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy.
- Identifying future hiring needs and creating job descriptions.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinating interviews and contact references.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen understanding of the recruitment process and employment laws and regulations.
- The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
