Job Description
We are seeking a Live Ops Associate to provide real-time operational support, coordinate our rider fleet, and manage daily reporting at Rider (YC WC22). This role demands strong operational skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards for order flow and execution.
- Coordinate with riders and customers to resolve issues.
- Maintain service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage rider shifts and availability.
- Prepare and present daily reports to management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
