Job Description

We at Premio Travels & Tours are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests courteously
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage front desk operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
