Job Description
Agrius IT is seeking a Legal & Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and manage the contract lifecycle. Collaboration with internal teams to identify legal risks and handle legal matters such as intellectual property and tax compliance is essential.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of contract law. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs90,00.00.
