Job Title: Dental and Medical Billing Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Inventor Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing and Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the credentialing of dental providers with insurance companies and supporting the dental billing process to ensure timely reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental billing and credentialing, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provider Credentialing: Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing processes for dental providers with multiple insurance networks. This includes preparing, submitting, and following up on applications and maintaining provider files.

Insurance Enrollment: Oversee the enrollment of dental providers with insurance carriers to enable patients to use insurance benefits smoothly.

Dental Billing: Process and manage dental claims submissions, follow-ups, and resubmissions to ensure accurate and prompt reimbursements.

Claims Management: Address any claim discrepancies, denials, or rejections with insurance companies and resolve issues effectively.

Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized records of credentialing and billing activities, ensuring all processes comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Communication: Serve as the point of contact between providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to address any credentialing or billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental billing and credentialing or similar roles within a healthcare setting.

Skills: Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in managing credentialing files and claims documentation.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with providers and insurance representatives.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dental billing software, credentialing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
