Job Description
Aptech Learning, a world-renowned IT Vocational Institute, is seeking an Accounts Assistant for its Defence Center in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Commerce and have at least 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Closing of monthly payments and advances.
- Managing all accounting transactions.
- Maintaining payable lists and vendor reconciliation.
- Filing payment & receipts vouchers.
- Coordinate with Center/Managers.
- Handle requisitions promptly.
- Recording daily bank receipts.
- Recording transactions in FCMS/EasyFee.
